Actuator : Small Body Has Big Function

Mechanical energy is a field of science that makes a step every day. The study of how the actuators generate mechanical motion by converting various forms of energy into mechanical energy is a source of great exploration. Science to find new ways to utilize every day including actuators for medical purposes. Many scientists believe that the more they are learning machines that seem simple, the more they will find a way to help mankind.

DC motor actuators are the most preferred type of motor on the engineer in the field of electronics and the most widely used in low power applications. One of the salient advantages of these motors is its simplicity to be controlled and a very strong torque. 12v actuator seems to be used mainstay for DC motor linear actuator. DC motor actuators contained in various sizes and strengths, each designed for different purposes but in general have the same basic function is to change electrical energy into mechanical energy. A simple DC motor actuator is constructed by placing a current-carrying wire in a magnetic field.  Wire loops placed in such a way between two permanent magnets. When current flows in the wire, current will generate its own magnetic field whose direction changes to the direction of the magnetic field, causing permanent rotation.

DC motor actuators such as 12v actuators are widely used as a driver in a variety of equipment, both small and large, slow or fast.  It is also widely used because it can be ideally adapted to receive the digital pulses to control the speed. Selection of control measures will depend on the need for a DC motor movement itself.
